Welcome!

I know it can be difficult to make an appointment and walk through the doors of a therapist's office. I strive to create a warm & safe therapy experience, and I think the client-therapist relationship is an important part of change.

I also believe all people are creative, and I'm passionate about helping people connect to this part of themselves, in both talk and/or art therapy formats.

Feel free to contact me or book a free phone consultation if you have further questions about my approach.
